Montreal Yoga Instructor Gen Larocque brings new thought to an ancient and traditional yoga practice. She teaches from a tantric philosophy, a philosophy that takes the premise that the world and everything in it is intrinsically good and pulsates with highest bliss. Tantra fosters the idea that we are on this earth not to escape it but to delight in this world; to strive to find joy within each and every moment.

Gen’s open hearted approach, encourages students to align with their true potential, holding a space of support and of encouragement.

Students come not only to practice yoga but come for a sense of community and belonging. Students enter a space of allowing and simple support whether it is through yoga, simple comfort or an ear to listen.

People come to experience a sense of the divine dance of life, to find the ecstatic joy and happiness in their lives through yoga.

Gen will get you back on track so that you can focus on what is most important in your life.

Get the most out of your yoga practice by receiving bio mechanical instruction to realign the body so that the body functions at it’s optimal capacity.  With private yoga you will also get help with any injuries or problems in the body through yoga  alignment and yoga therapy.  The journey to becoming a yoga teacher is one of self discovery, self love and transformation. It requires a dedicated practice (on many levels), an ability to learn, to grow and the willingness to open to something greater within you. This course is for those who wish to dedicate themselves to help uplift others and to support them to step into their greatness. Through the support of the teacher training group as a community you will begin to embody the practice of yoga so that your teaching is charged with an authentic sense of self, confidence and a genuine sense of compassion and love for yourself and others. You will complete the training feeling empowered, full and ready to live from a new perspective.
